Case Study – Maison Perrier® Product Launch

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of hosting something truly special: a product launch event for the iconic Maison Perrier®. Celebrating the UK debut of their exciting new mocktail range, we were delighted that the Maison Perrier® team chose the stunning No.11 building at {10-11} Carlton House Terrace for exclusive hire.

Maison Perrier® offer a range of premium, sparkling beverages, including flavoured waters, energy drinks, and sparkling waters based on juices. Amongst which are their new mocktail range, with refreshing flavours including Citrus Fizz, Lemonjito, and Roséllini. Building on their French heritage, Maison Perrier® work closely with cultural trailblazers and creative artists to encourage their growth and promote their work.

About the event

For the event, Maison Perrier® chose the No.11 building, which included the No.11 entrance branded with the Perrier® logo. The lobby was used as a welcome space and a product display area, with vinyl covering the artwork. The Gallery was used as a photocall space, whilst the Beatrice Webb Room was equipped with a dancefloor, DJ, bar, and Parisian brasserie with seating. The Music Room was transformed into a Patisserie with an embroidery station, and the Reading Room was used as a back- of-house space.

Maison Perrier® also used the Lee Library as a space for interviews to be held with their VIP guest, Lily Collins. Catering for the event was provided externally, whilst all drinks supplied were different flavours from the Maison Perrier® Chic non-alcoholic cocktail range.

Why Maison Perrier® chose {10-11} Carlton House Terrace

We spoke to Clara Smith at Heaps & Stacks, who work with Maison Perrier® on PR events, about how they made the decision to use {10-11} Carlton House Terrace for their event, and the ways in which our events team were able to support Maison Perrier® both in the lead-up to the event and on-the-day.

When selecting a venue, the Maison Perrier® team prioritised brand fit, location, accessibility, and grandeur. We asked Clara what she felt differentiated {10-11} Carlton House Terrace from other venues, and she said: “it felt luxurious and polished. It also had plenty of space to accommodate our capacity requirements”.

“The venue helped us bring Paris to London, which was our brief. Since the venue was already beautifully decorated, we could focus our budget on the set build and branded touches.”

Our team of event professionals strive to deliver above and beyond client expectations and to embody great customer service. When asked how responsive our team was throughout the planning stages, Clara said: “We spoke with the team around early December, and they were extremely responsive while we established the client's requirements and desired event date. Marion replied to emails quickly, and her responses were always very helpful and clear. Marion quickly helped us solve additional requirements the client introduced by offering additional spaces and equipment to deliver the ask.”

On-the-day experience

With a combined total of 25 years working at the venue, you will always be in the safest of hands when it comes to hosting your event at {10-11} Carlton House Terrace. We asked Clara whether there were any unexpected challenges on the day of the event, and she said: “It all ran smoothly from the venue side. The team helped us ensure we could do our job, and they focused on the venue.”

When asked how the team at {10-11} Carlton House Terrace exceeded their expectations, Clara said: “Marion was very helpful throughout, complimentary of the event and did everything she could to assist with additional requests and ensure everything ran smoothly. This relaxed me about the venue, allowing me to focus on the client and the event outcome. A lot of venues cause lots of issues and headaches, but this venue was so easy to work with.”

We asked Clara what she thinks makes the venue particularly suited to hosting product launches like these, and she said: “It had a nice flow for our guests, offering multiple spaces to host brand moments. The staircase is a showstopper.”
