{10-11} Carlton House Terrace announces Supplier Tender for 2026

The team at {10-11} Carlton House Terrace is so excited to announce the reopening of its Supplier Tender.

Home to The British Academy, {10-11} Carlton House Terrace is a Grade 1 listed building, serving as a versatile setting for conferences, seminars, promotional launches, weddings, fashion shows, filming and academic and business meetings. Each year, the venue hosts more than 500 events for corporate and private clients for 10 to 400 guests.

Sustainability, the transition to net zero as well as championing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is a strategic priority for The Academy and for {10-11} as venue so it will be part of the focus of the accreditation process.

Our goal is to select a diverse group of suppliers who bring a combination of high-quality offerings, creativity, and a variety of price points, styles, and values, all tailored to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

We are looking for suppliers who stand out through their uniqueness and excellence. It is essential that these suppliers not only align with the atmosphere of our venue but also share our ethos/values, deliver outstanding service, can demonstrate working in a grade 1 listed building, and contribute to the overall success of our events.

In addition, we are looking to build relationships with suppliers who have a strong marketing presence, can generate valuable revenue opportunities, and are committed to a collaborative partnership where we can support one another’s growth and achieve mutual success.

The tender process will consist of two key stages:

Application form: Suppliers are required to fill out the application form providing evidence addressing the questions outlined, along with supporting information such as references, insurance details, etc.

Interview Phase – Accredited Suppliers only: After reviewing and grading the applications, the team will shortlist suppliers for the next phase and will then conduct online interviews with candidates for the Accredited list only.

Once the process is complete, we aim to maintain a list of around 4 to 8 suppliers for each category.  The contract will be for a period of 3 years.

Each question in the submission has an associated percentage weighting, contributing to a total score of 100%. This will help you understand the relative importance of each section. We have also highlighted key points we are looking for in each answer. Submissions will be graded by the team on a scale of 1-5.
