WHAT TIME MUST MY CHRISTMAS PARTY MUST FINISH BY?  

Christmas parties can be booked from 6.30pm until Midnight, as per our licensing hours. Upon request, we can extend our licence until midnight or 1am. A charge of £250+VAT per hour will apply.  

  WHAT DRINKS CAN I HAVE, DO YOU HAVE ANY PACKAGES?  

We have several packages available from one-hour pre drinks to a full four hours drinks reception, please speak to one of our event coordinators and they can send over our package list. Please note we do not allow more than two hour’s drink reception without serving substantial food (Bar Nibbles are not counted as substantial food). Shots and bottle service are not available. 

  WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? 

Our guests love getting dressed up and it really adds to that extra special feeling to the night, so get those glad rags out and smarten up! Jeans, trainers, sportswear and fancy dress will be permitted if tasteful. 

  ARE UNDER 18’S ALLOWED TO COME? 

Guests aged 16 and 17 are welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for them. We operate a strict policy regarding underage drinking, which is not permitted under any circumstance and we operate a Challenge 21 policy so all attendees are advised to carry picture ID. 

WHERE IS THE CLOAKROOM AND IS IT INCLUDED? 

All Christmas parties come with use of a shared cloakroom located just inside the main entrance and remains manned throughout the party. 

WHAT’S THE SIZE OF THE DINING TABLES? Our dining tables are 6ft round that can seat comfortably up to 10 guests per table. You can add to up 12 if you need to on tables to accommodate your guests.  

DO YOU HAVE A PREFERRED SUPPLIER FOR FLOWERS, PHOTOBOOTHS OR ENTERTAINMENT?  

We have hand selected a list of approved and recommended suppliers that offer a diverse range of budgets and styles for your festive needs. To preserve our Grade 1 listed building, we ask that you choose from the approved list of production companies and florists to work with on your event. All The suppliers are well regarded for their customer service and quality and are a valued partner of {10-11} Carlton House Terrace.

DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN, VEGAN AND HALAL OPTIONS ON YOUR SEASONAL MENU?  

We can cater for all dietary requirements as long as we are made aware of these in advance. 

IS ANYONE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION OF CHRISTMAS PARTIES?  

While a vast majority of the party will have been organised by our highly skilled events team in advance of the night itself we do ask there is a main point of contact from your organisation responsible for the booking, confirming numbers and event logistics etc. ahead of the party. A member of the venue team as well as our security and catering team will be onsite and more than happy to assist you and your guests with any questions you might have on the night. 

WHEN IS LAST ADMITTANCE? 

No guests will be admitted after 11.00pm. There is also no readmittance. 

IS THERE IS AN AREA FOR SMOKERS? 

The venue itself is smoke free. There is an areas just outside the main entrance available for smokers. No drinks are available outside or int eh smoking area. A secure place to leave drinks is provided. There is a maximum 12 guests allowed in the smoking area at one time.
